Have you listened to The Meat Show? We hadn’t either, but now we’re (meat)hooked!

Welcome to The Meat Show. We broadcast live out of the Small Plate Radio studios in Portland, OR on Mondays @ 3:30 PDT. The Meat show is hosted by Emily Gibson, Foodiebuddha, Kyle O’Brien and other classy characters who stop by from time to time. It’s where the meat is!

We talk about all things meat, from meatballs and thick steaks to lean cuts, ground meats, chops, lamb, wild game, pork, duck, chicken and maybe a pheasant or two. If it’s meat you want, it’s meat you get.

Monday’s show was Bodacious BBQ 2 - featuring, among other guests, the manager at Iron Works BBQ in Austin, Texas. The MeatBlogging Team visited Iron Works a few weeks ago. This made Eric a happy boy.
